Man sentenced to the three years for carjacking father, newborn daughter

Before she sentenced him to three years in prison for a string of crimes leading up to a brazen carjacking in which a man and his newborn daughter were held hostage, an Ottawa judge told Jeffrey Parsons people like him make others feel unsafe.
